The deadlines for FEMA Individual Assistance, Small Business Administration loans, and Disaster Unemployment Assistance, have all been extended – giving individuals, homeowners, displaced employees, and small business owners more time to apply for the aid they need. Sanders says it’s important to apply for aid, but if you disagree with FEMA’s decision, or the amount of assistance provided, you have 60 days from the date of your FEMA determination letter to appeal.
